Payment Methods

You can pay online with your personal or company card, in full safety conditions. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos
VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have code CVV2/CVC2).
No additional commission is charged for transactions.
Card data processing is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.
The safety of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store it the confidential data of your card, but sends them encrypted over a secure connection
to the processing bank. In this way, your information is safe.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at the rate of exchange of your bank.

For card payment, the transaction will appear on the account statement with the name: SUPER DENT DISTRIBUTION SRL

Delivery method

The customer receives the purchased product by email, the product becomes available in the customer account after payment confirmation.
Delivery time is a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation.

Force Majeure Clause and Participation Terms – SuperDent Education

In connection with the educational events organized by SuperDent Education, exceptional circumstances beyond the organizer’s control may occur and affect the proper conduct of the courses (e.g., medical issues of the lecturer, travel restrictions, public health situations, or other force majeure events).

1. Force Majeure

“Force majeure” refers to any external, unpredictable, unavoidable, and insurmountable event that partially or totally prevents the fulfillment of contractual obligations (including, but not limited to, serious illness, accidents, travel bans, natural disasters, pandemics, armed conflicts, or similar causes).

In the event of such a situation:

The organizer reserves the right to reschedule the course to a later date;
The participation fees already paid will remain fully valid for the rescheduled edition of the course;
Refunds cannot be issued, as organizational expenses (venue rental, technical equipment, marketing, logistics, etc.) have already been incurred.

2. Participants’ Rights

Participants registered for the rescheduled edition are entitled to:

Automatic confirmation of their place in the rescheduled course;
Priority registration over new applicants;
The possibility to transfer their registration to another person, provided the organizer is notified at least 30 days before the new course date.

3. Organizer’s Commitment

SuperDent Education undertakes to:

Communicate all new dates and logistical details in due time;
Ensure the course is delivered under equal or improved conditions compared to the initial plan;
Maintain the same lecturer, topic, and educational quality as originally announced.

Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The only condition for approving the cancellation of the order and the return of the money is that the cancellation request is received within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of the order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

As soon as the return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
